Lyrics by: Stevo and Vanessa
Lyrical guidance and translation: Michele Toscan
Trapped between two walls of glass
Helplessly watching her breathe her last
The “victim” survived, but you don’t know
What you saw that night, who was the Shadow?
Black leather gloves, black leather coat
Eyes wild with the mark of the insane
A collection of malicious cutlery
Destroy the beauty, eliminate the pain!
“Non si dispone di un indizio o un sospetto, si sa che e così faccio io
Te lo sto dicendo adesso…
avrete un altro omicidio da risolvere entro la fine della settimana!”
“il mio consiglio e fatti gli affari tuoi
che era un avvertimento di ieri, non era sufficiente...
dimenticare gli omicidi, c'è un limite alla mia pazienza
è la ragazza lì con te? lei è molto giovane e molto bella
vorresti che morisse? se non la smetti tutto, io uccidere il suo!!”
Black leather gloves, black leather coat
Eyes wild with the mark of the insane
A collection of malicious cutlery
Destroy the beauty, eliminate the pain!
What you see is what you get? I wouldn’t take that fucking bet
What you saw isn’t what happened at all
Does the painting hold the key? Or is the bird the clue you need?
You’re gonna die before I let you find out why!
Black leather gloves, black leather coat
Eyes wild with the mark of the insane
A collection of malicious cutlery
Destroy the beauty, eliminate the pain!

I can't formally retract the erroneous 2.0 I gave this back in 2018, but I can say that, five years on, I've come around to this record in a big way. Quality death metal with great atmosphere without being "atmospheric" (read: boring) metal. Diabolus in Muzaka

Been in love with this band since Nordkarpatenland, and it’s been quite a ride to hear the way they’ve carved out a signature sound that is both rooted in the ways of old school heavy metal and embryonic black metal from the Eastern bloc during the late 80s and early 90s. The chorus to the title track is something you need to experience for yourself. Burzumgamecube
